We are a small artisan confectionery company that likes to keep the good things simple.
Everything we do is handcrafted, using only the finest distilled products and natural ingredients that means no preservatives, flavourings or additives.
We create exquisite fudge with a difference by using fine malt whisky, liqueurs and spirits.
Each batch is unique, made to order and hand-packaged for you. We heat-seal each batch to ensure freshness and a minimum shelf-life of 12 weeks (if you can hold out that long!).
HENRI’S Still Fudge® does not require refrigeration – Simply store in a cool, dark place.
